 | Film & Digital Media What to do in case of card failure? If problem appears when using your media card, try to follow the following steps to disconnect the hardware (media card and card reader).
Scenario One ˇV If the existing program can still be run :
- End the program currently using.
- Select ˇ§remove or unplug hardwareˇ¨ from My Desktop or Control Panel.
- Select the hardware to be disconnected.
- Press ˇ§Stopˇ¨
- Select the media card to be disconnected, press ˇ§Confirmˇ¨.
- Press ˇ§Closeˇ¨
- Remove the hardware (media card and card reader).
Scenario Two ˇV If the existing program can not be continued, but the computer can still be operated :
- Turn off the computer by press Alt-Ctrl-Del.
- Remove the hardware (media card and card reader).
Scenario Three ˇV If both the existing program and computer can not be operated :
- Turn off the power supply of the computer
- Remove the hardware (media card and card reader).
